Talawanda Morgan

Talawanda Morgan is the CEO/OWNER at Key to Happiness LLC. Talawanda envisioned this dream after watching her mother struggle to provide in home care to her grandmother in her last stages of life. Talawanda is an incredibly valued asset and this business would not be possible without such professional guidance. TaLawanda born Cincinnati native has always had a passion in the Healthcare field she attended Hughes Center in the Health and Teaching Profession. While working as an STNA , TaLawanda decided to further her education where she then attended Lincoln College of Technology for Medical Business Administration and later graduating with a degree in Medical Business Administration as well as a degree Criminal Justice.   She later returned to school where she obtained a Nursing Degree of Applied Science.

TaLawanda passion for healthcare grew stronger as she watched her grandmother care for her sister who was diagnosed with Cancer.

Talawanda stated "watching my grandmother care her sister was the most humbling experience ever" "You could see and feel the love that was transferred during care"." It was genuine and from the heart  and that is what care should be based on" That is what sparked her flame and pushed her to where she is now!!
